Extrusion speed, cutter head amplitude and other parameters can be flexibly adjusted for different gum specifications to improve automation efficiency and product consistency.

It is specially applicable for flat strip chewing gum production. Its control system supports independent speed regulation for longitudinal and transverse cutting to guarantee precise strip size and burr-free clean edges. Trim scraps can be conveyed and recycled automatically via belt conveyor.
