Technological breakthroughs: Three innovative directions to break through industry bottlenecks

1. 3. Upgrade of intelligent control system: Mitsubishi FX series PLC and Weichuang AC70 frequency converter are introduced to build the control core. Parameter visualization adjustment and real-time monitoring of equipment status are achieved through touch screen. Multiple sets of process formula presets are supported, and product switching does not require shutdown debugging, greatly improving production flexibility and response speed.

Achievement landing: Mass production verification of ZHJX-CXJ-1000B molding machine

After a month of technical research and 12 rounds of testing, Zhonghong Machinery has successfully launched the ZHJX-CXJ-1000B spherical bubble gum forming machine, achieving a huge improvement in key performance:

• Doubling production capacity: The cutting frequency has been increased to 45-48 times per minute, coupled with 1010mm long mold rollers, resulting in a single machine production capacity of 250-280kg/hour, which is more than 70% higher than the industry average level;
• Precision control: relying on servo drive and PLC closed-loop control, the roundness error of sugar body is controlled within ± 0.2mm;
• Stable operation: Optimize the cooling system and structural strength, support long time continuous production;
• Easy to operate: Equipped with a fully Chinese touch interface and formula storage function, operators can operate independently training, which reducing labor costs.

Customer feedback: Deep cooperation from single device to whole line upgrade

After only 3 days of installation, the equipment achieved full load operation, completely eliminating the bottleneck of production capacity. After using it for a month, Mr. BOKOMA said, "The stability of the new equipment far exceeds expectations." Half a year later, the customer purchased three additional ZHJX-CXJ-1000B equipment and synchronously introduced the extruder, cooling conveyor line, and coating equipment of Zhonghong Machinery to complete the entire line upgrade.
