A common misconception is that candy cooling is simply a matter of lowering the temperature, so any generic cooling equipment will do.However, in actual production, even seemingly similar candy categories have distinct material properties and molding methods. Taking the xylitol production line as an example, xylitol products typically come in the form of granules, blocks, or tablets. After undergoing high-temperature mixing, extrusion, and molding, the material requires a uniform and stable low-temperature environment to solidify properly.

If the cooling is insufficient or the temperature is uneven, the finished xylitol is prone to issues like brittleness and poor texture. Cooling tunnel, however, provide a controllable low-temperature environment that ensures the material solidifies evenly. Filled Bubble Gum features a composite structure with an "outer shell + inner filling," which demands a higher standard of cooling. The process must set the outer shell quickly without causing the filling to shift or the shell to crack due to excessive temperature differences. The cooling conveyor belt gently and efficiently guides the candy through the cooling zone at a steady pace, preventing any violent movement that could displace the inner filling.

Five-Stick Gum involves multiple stacked layers and has strict requirements for uniform thickness. The cooling conveyor belt utilizes workshop air-conditioning as the cooling medium, making it both energy-efficient and effective.
